    No, Apple Configurator is available for OS X only. iPhone Configuration Utility is available for Windows, but has a different feature set.

    Ok, if Apple Configurator is available for OS X only, how can i configure my apple tv network (apple asked after software update 5.1)  without apple configurator? My apple tv's network does nor work after software update 5.1

    I am waiting for advice and help.

    You can of course configure your Apple TV's network using the UI on the Apple TV itself, but if you want to use Apple Configurator to do it, you need to connect your Apple TV via USB to the Mac running Configurator.

    Because software update 5.1 cut of my apple tv's network connection, my apple tv is dead now. And, i don't have a Mac.

    On apple's support page, apple says;

     

    "Apple TV Software Update 5.1 allows your Apple TV to install a configuration profile from Apple Configurator to configure Wi-Fi and Ethernet corporate networks.  

    Products Affected

    Apple Configurator, Apple TV (2nd generation), Apple TV (3rd generation)  

    Additional Information

    Installing a configuration profile requires a USB to Micro-USB cable (sold separately). Please verify that your Apple TV has the correct software version installed. You will also need to have the latest version of Apple Configurator."

     

    As i said, i lost my apple tv lost network connection so i can't work it to configure it on it. I just have windows based pc.

    if you (apple) don't care abaout this problem my apple tv will be a brick on the table.

    You should be able to use iTunes on your Windows PC to restore the OS to your Apple TV after connecting it via USB.
