Q: Is it possible to disable cellular data usage for some apps but not all?

Is it possible to disable cellular data usage for some apps but not all? 

 

For example, if I wanted to let my Nike Fit app to use celllular and wifi data, but my Kindle app can only use wifi, how would I do that?

This is not currently possible. The best you can do is turn off Cellular Data to only use WiFi (the whole device not individual apps) or turn off WiFi... Or turn off both.
