Nike fuel band app

hello everyone!

 

i am hoping there is a smart person out there who can solve this for me. got the band to sinc with the i5, but now when i go to log into the app it tells me a 'status 500' error. ???

 

has anyone seen this before and do they hopefully ave a solution? thanx in advance :)

    Mine, too. I'm calling Nike+ Service & Support in the morning. You can also check their support page at www.nikeplus.com/support.

    I believe it due to the fact that Nike is under a website maintenance. I'm sure it will be fixed later today.

    This has been going on at least since Nov. 26th.

    I just started having the problem last night and had no problems earlier in the day or in the week and found that the site is under maintenance.  I have had this happen before and eventually it did start to work again. What you can do if it's been going on for a while is uninstall the app and reinstall it but unfortunately until the site is out of maintenance, you wont be able to log in. You'll find that if you plug your band directly into the computer, you can't do anything with it as well because of site maintenance. I hope this helps.

    Everything should be working fine now. If not reboot your phone and try again. You may have to reinstall the app if it doesn't work.
