I am getting the error message "Safari cannot be opened because of a problem...."

I have the latest software.  Tried repairing disk permissions.  Is there anything else to do or do I need to reinstall Lion?

Install the  OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo)

Then restart your Mac and try Safari.

It's ok to do this even though v10.7.5 is already installed. The combo reinstalls missing system files.

Try reinstalling Mac OS X Lion using Lion Recovery.

My Safari crashes each time I try to open it. I had the latest software. I deleted it now I cannot find where to download the browser. Why is Safari not listed for downloadind like iTunes?

A lil frustrating, especially when one tries the links posted here opens some third party website that nanot be trusted.

Please Apple make life easy and simple that even a child can enjoy it.

Please start your own topic and post a Safari crash report. That way we won't have crash reports from two different users on the same thread.
