    Kernel Extensions in backtrace (with dependencies):

             com.digidesign.mbox2.driver(7.4.2f1)@0x37058000->0x37079fff

    loaded kexts:

    com.digidesign.mbox2.driver    7.4.2f1

    That .kext is still showing as loaded.

    Bring it back to Apple and show them the panic log.

    They might now have a better idea what to do. You need to get someone into this hands-on who knows what they're doing. You need to get rid of that mbox.driver. Show them the logs; they'll know how to get rid of it. Sorry, but I'm out of ideas and don't know what else to say.

    If they charged 80 Euros (and that sounds outrageous and exorbitant if all they did was test it for ten minutes at the front desk) they shouldn't charge you again. They should have looked at the panic logs. It's absolutely clear from those where the problem is.

    If they want to charge you again, speak to the manager and politely inform him or her of the history. If they refuse and still want to charge you a second time, then call customer service at Apple and explain what's been going on.

    In the meantime, I would contact DigiDesign or whoever the developer is and inform them of the continuing KPs. Ask them if there's some resolution besides a complete uninstall, which you may have to do if it comes to it. Ask them how to completely uninstall.
