Q: Apple ID got hacked, and the hacker inserted a security email which isn't mine. What to do?

I can still login, my contact email and password haven't been changed.

What happened:
- My security answers changed, security email is now "cxxx@aol.com"

- My address is untouched, but country, city and zip code got changed (from Finland --> U.S.A Texanville) - My phone number got changed to "(123) 504-0489"

Email from "appleid@id.apple.com" stated that the following details were updated:

Name

Billing Address
Phone number(s)
Credit Card

What can I do to gain full access back to my account? I don't own any Apple products, but I use iTunes.
