If you have iTunes installed on a computer, open the application and log in.
Select iTunes Store on the left and scroll down.
Under Help, click on "Support"
That allows you to get in contact with the iTunes support team. You can explain what the problem is. They are usually very good with this kind of issues and very helpful.
