Apple,

 

Thanks for the email -- you left one key thing out.

 

I just took my iMac to the Apple Store for the repair you say it needs...and once we are full speed ahead (and only then) is it mentioned that I will be leaving my computer there for 3-5 days!  Even though they have the replacement drive right there.

 

That is something that should have (obviously) been made clear in the letter, when I made my appointment...AND when I showed up at the store!

 

C'mon guys!  Bad form, really bad form!
