If you go to YouTube in Safary you will see a button that asks you if you want to put YouTube on your Home Screen. Tap on it and you will see YouTube on your iOS6 iPad homescreen just like before with iOS5. All it actually does is create a shortcut to safary. When you click or tap on it from the home screen it automatically opens Safary and goes to YouTube. BTW you can do more in YouTube from Safary than you can with the old YouTube app from iOS5.

Fridgebug youre soo far from things. Even google commented that the new App version has by far more features in than the outdated built in client. So being one of those reverse fan boys seems stupid. Just because you miss it .. too bad it's gone. The web version can now be saved as a desktop ap and works completely transparent and supports airplay.

Took me less than 30 sec to have functionality that far surpasses what existed before and still sites 1 click away on the desktop with nicer HD icon.

So your preeching like the worlds about to end is exactly why i defend apple. They took it out and now you have some thing better. You poor poor man/woman/other.
