If it's covered under the repair program, get it replaced. No one can tell you the odds, but Seagates have been going downhill.

Yes, 100% but not necessarily because it's a Seagate, rather that all drives fail sooner or later. All one can say is, compared to other drives, this Seagate will fail sooner rather than later. And maybe much sooner.
