Telenor does not offer unlocking. Sounds like your phone was jailbroken or hacked.

Sorry but i have seen your reply in this same issue in a lot of thread by keep saying this is jailbreaking or unlocking problem,
but this issue happen on Factory Unlock Phone and even iTouch and iPad...
So i don't think u actually are helping by keep saying same thing again n again, while the problem could be from another thing...
Here we got 1 succesful user that experienced same issue but managed to fix it :

Try using a little common sense.
Yes, this can happen to phones hat have not been hacked or jailroken in rare circumstances. However, the most common cause, by far, is hacking the phone to unlock it.
If you hear hoofbeats behind you while walking down a country road, It's usually a safe bet that the animal behind you will NOT turn out to be a Zebra.
