Go to Settings, Wifi and when you are connected to the network, tap the blue arrow to the right and select forget this network. Then go to Settings, General, Reset, and Reset Network Settings. Once you do that, try to join the network again. This will delete all passwords for networks you have joined in the past.

Thanks for the suggestion Chris. When I go into settings, and the syeps you described, I don't have the choice to, forget this network. I have an iphone 3gs.

You have to be connected to the network for that to show up. When you go into wifi the network you are connected to (yours) should be listed and if it is, then tap on the arrow to the right and at the top of the screen it should allow you to forget the network. If you cannot get connected to the network long enough to do that, then do the reset network settings I mentioned above.
