So I've run into this while using Bootcamp on my Macbook:

Can't install Windows Support Software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server.

Now I've gotten Windows, but I didn't check the support software because I didn't think I needed it before, but I found out quickly I couldn't right click, scroll, change the sound settings, brightness, all that good stuff. So I took it off and attempted it again.

Does anyone know if Apple will do something about this? Or do we need to by pass with blank CDs, USBs and wishful thinking?

Specs:

Macbook, white.

Mid 2009 to early 2010.

Has 10.8.2, and is fully updated.

MacBook (13-inch Mid 2009), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
