Oct 26, 2012 2:57 AM in response to humanoadnby isabel guerrero,two or three things it can be 1.) first are you or have you been having power (top button) button trouble ? Or proximity sensor (or whatever its called the one that turns off the screen when u bring it to your ear when making a call) 2.) Their is a pin hole at top next to earphone jack hole, make sure it is clear. Meaning run a little wire threw it. note : only go in about a 1/16" of an inch. 3.) I think its call an "IC Chip" that has to be reballed or whatever. Well sorry I can not show you exactly where that is cuz I'm a "noob" at this and just trying to help!
