After i have installed an application customing the toolbar in the top of the screen, nothing work anymore. Finder and applications don't want to run. The toolbar disappear when i click on.

Try safe boot:
If you cannot uninstall the application look for launch agents or launch daemons associated with the application and move them to the trash.

These are large complex items for another OS and if it did modify your Leopard it is unlikely that any damage can be undone.
I think you will have to reinstall your OS. Have you backed up your data to another disk recently? If not we should try and find a way to backup and reinstall. Can you connect this Mac to another one in Target Disk Mode with Firewire?
