Why don't you use your imagination and simply create one using Pages - insert picture(s) and text with bold heading ("for sale") and smaller font with description, etc.
I just looked at the available included options and believe the last one ('flyer') next to the yard sale flyer is quite professional looking:

To state the obvious. If you are trying to make money you have to spend money.
The meagure money it takes to tailor your promotional material exactly to your needs will easily save you a great deal of time and money in the long run.
Whether you do that yourself or employ a designer to get the results you need, is up to you and your abilities.
http://www.stocklayouts.com/ has very attractive templates in .pages format but as they were originally created in Quark XPress they are not structured as truely productive .pages document templates with placeholders and styles. However they can be an excellent starting point for the design.
You can always reconstruct your existing realtor material as pages templates.
