Oct 27, 2012 4:58 AM in response to Muhammad Kamalby NiharRK,Well, do you really need to play that video that badly in itunes !! If not, you can use some other more advanced "free" players like VLC. And if this is just for curiousity sake, then try opening the file by right clicking over the file and selecting 'open with' and then select itunes. Let me know if it works in both the PCs. I think it should. If it doesn't then it might be due to hardware issues in the other PC or itunes wasn't installed properly. Hope this will help.

Hello dear,
Just follow my lead and your problem would be solved in no time ..
1.Bring the file/video you want to import to iTunes on your desktop screen and make sure it's in .mp4 format.
2.Right click on the file/video and click on "Properties". and Uncheck "Read Only" option in the Bottom.
3.Open iTunes and enable HomeSharing.
4.Now again right click on the file/video and chose "Open With" and choose iTunes as default (You can change the default later on).
5.iTunes will automatically pop-up and after some 10 secs, the video will begin.
6.Close the video, and you will notice that the video/file is now added in your library.
7.You could simply drag this file/video to any of your iDevice.
8.Darg and drop the file/video on the right sidebar.
