Anynody, the guy at 1800MYAPPLE said that i should just goole it and that it isn't that hard to figure out. I haven't seen anything online and i'm been look for a couple weeks

This is not an iPhoto problem. It's an issue with Finder/Disk Utility and iStat Pro... which likely gets it's information from the Finder anyway...
This ratio is consistant in the iStat pro widget and in Disk Utility.
After all, Grand Perspective sees something different:
However when i run Grandperspective the library is nowhere to be found and all the files are a total of roughly 150 GB which is what it should be with the library successfully deleted.
So, I would ask that on the Using Mac OS X forum for your version of the OS.
