Q: if I want to get movies and books in Argentina will I be able to do it?

some limitations, but there does appear to be content available in Argentina.

According to that page Argentina has films (including HD films), film rentals and short films, plus apps, podcasts, iTunes U, free and paid for books and music. I don't know how many of each type there are, but they are at least possible. For ebooks she may also have access to other ebook apps/stores e.g. the Kindle app appears to be in the Argentine store, as does Kobo
