Any ideas about this e-mail and voice mail issue? They may not be connected, or on the other hand perhaps it is something to do with the sim card. Need some thoughts to try ...THANKS!

This began right when they purchased their iPhone 5 units, his worked and her did not. This was prior to the storm. I don't know if they have talked with AT&T as yet. I also don't know where they got the idea that these two issue may be a faulty sim card.

Okay, I see. I would suggest for her to do a restore as a new device and see if that corrects the issue. Re add the Hotmail account after that. Generally voicemail issues are traced back to the carrier. They may want to check with AT&T and see if her part of the account is all provisioned correctly.
