ok, seems i got the wrong info on how to show hidden files. theres a command going around on the internet that is incorrect. has a capital F on Font when it should be lower case.

AND HERE'S THE ANNOYING THING
I got everything working, but every time i re-launch Motion, i crash because of the 2nd window issue. I have to dump the Layout files and then i'm ok.
THIS IS NOT COOL.

if you;re running ML then the Library folder is hidden from you. But it's easy to find it. In the Finder select the Go menu that gives you a list of easy locations to go to. But press the alt key, and the Library option will appear.

Hey Adam, I was able to unhide (it was a bad command in Terminal that i found on the web) and use the program. The only problem now is that after I move the Canvas to the 2nd screen, then close the program. I re-open the program and it crashes. I have to re-trash those Layout files every time i re-open.
