One clue, in Console I show this error logged:
10/30/12 9:39:21.750 PM Keynote: convertToVideo: exception NSRangeException (*** -[__NSArrayM objectAtIndex:]: index 1 beyond bounds [0 .. 0]), failed
Obviously it doesn't like something in the presentation, but have no idea how to proceed to fix it.

what CODEC did you use to eport to QT - what settings ?
what procedure did you use to " recording my presentation with audio. " voice overtool QT Snaps Pro?
and again what CODEC did you use?
what Mac OS is this?

I used the default "Full Quality, Large" settings, and the Keynote I'm working on is based on Keynotopia's iPhone-mockup/wireframe slides, so they are 640x960 in size. Here is the export screen:
This is on Mac OS X Mountain Lion with the latest version of Keynote from the App Store.
