Expanding on what Kirk said, movies purchased from the iTunes Store are by demand of the content owners copy-protected and cannot be converted to any other format. The movies can be played only with an Apple device or software.

Ipad, iphone support m4v movies, if you want to play wmv videos from itunes, you need to convert m4v to wmv, how to convert m4v to wmv ? Google search m4v converter, you can find a lot of m4v software, such as http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&newwindow=1&noj=1&biw=1440&bih=716&q=http%3A% 2F%2Fwww.brosvideo.com%2Fm4v-converter.html&btnG=Search is a quite good video converter.

I would suggest you Format Factory!
But, as I say to everyone who does a similar question, I would suggest video AVS Video Converter!
You can use AVS for this! It’s a little for advanced level, but you can get great quality, and small file size!
