I have a document that had about 30 endnotes correctly sent to the last page. In a current verison I was updating, the endnotes were overlayed on one of the pages (as if on another layer). I can't make these "ghost" endnotes go away. Any thoughts?

I was wondering if Use section endnotes got accidentally set in the inspector, for the afflicted page, instead of Use document end notes? There may be a rogue section in there causing this effect.
