  Hi,

I have a little big problem with my poor macbook pro 13 inch. I bought it in december 2010 and after a week I took it to the support and they changed the HD because it had some bad blocks. Not properly a good beginning. From almost 4 months it started to appear some lines on the display like in the picture. When this happen the mac is totally blocked and only thing that is possible to do is to switch off it; after that when you switch on, it comes a kernel panic and if you are lucky at second or three times that you try to switch on it works. In september this has been almost common and I took it to the support, but after they did two diagnostic cycle without no problematic results they said me that probably this problem was due to a magnetic field that there was in the area where I work. Now I changed my work place and after a month it happened again.

I attach a picture of the display and the reports of two kernel panic.

Has anyone ever had the same problem?

I contacted the support and they said me that they want to try another diagnostic cycle but sincerely I don't want to pay another 36€ to listen that there wasn't any problem. In italy the first year of guaratee is by apple, the second by the shop (that in my case is an apple shop), but if they don't found anything you have to pay for the "lost time".

Is there a way to contact apple by email and to explain them the situation? I am absolut not happy about the service of the technical support.
