Do a reset, hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for your phone to boot back up. If that doesn't help, then contact your cell provider.

After replacing my iphone 5 due to a failing battery, the 3 replacement phones have had a noservice to 1-2 bar problem. The signal strength fluctuates between no service and 1-2 bars wherever I am. My old phone had 3-5 bars in the same location, I have changed the sim cards twice since the problem started with no improvement, apple care and verizon have been useless. Wish I never got one of these. I did all of the usual stuff set uop as new phone, restore from backup, reset nothing worked. Anyone have a fix for this problem? Verizon blames apple and vice versa
