when you switch off your mac, make sure that you haven´t selected the "reopen windows" button.

Do you properly quit all applications before shutting down? That is with either Command + Q or File menu > Quit? If you just hit the red button in the app upper bar, only the window closes - the app is still running in the background. Aside from the new Resume feature, the OS will usually open any window you had open when you shut down. Also, check your login items in the Users & Groups Pane in System Preferences and delete anything you don't need to have open at boot up.

Thank you, I always quit all application and uncheck the box"reopen...", it is strange, i will check the system preferece.
