You'll see when you get there.

There are no authorized resellers of the iPhone at any airport.

There are no guarantees where the iPhones that you may find available there originally came from, if they are jailbroken, or otherwise hacked to be unlocked.

In other words, if you value your hard earned money, do not buy an iPhone or other expensive electronics in an airport.

Are you for real. Their are iPhones for sale at airports and they all come with Apples warranty and Apple Care if you want. Why make such a statement without knowing.

This does not make them authorized resellers or guarantee warranty and support coverage.  There is no way to know where these iPhones originated from and if they are legitimately unlocked or merely hacked/jailbroken to be unlocked.

Yes, why did you make such a statement without proof?

It depends upon in what type of store you purchase the product.  If you purchase it at a "duty-free" store, you did not pay the VAT and you cannot claim a refund for something you never paid.  If you purchase the product at a regular store at the airport, you can request a refund form, and get a refund WHEN YOU LEAVE THE COUNTRY.
