Well, I'm trying to install Win 7 using Boot Camp, the problem is as I start the Boot Camp assistant it comes up with a message saying I must have at least 10 GB of available space on disk. And as I posted before I have almost three times of free space of the required free space on my disk. I've seen on other posts that this problem could be related to the way the data is scattered on my disk but as far as I know OS Mountain Lion doesn't seem to have a defragmentation tool. Also, Allan Eckert replying to annafromfresno suggested a way to solve this issue creating a cloned disk, then booting from the clone, reformatting the system disk and finally restoring the clone but I'm not such a experienced user to execute this task.
Whatever, if you say I need 60 GB, so I'll start thinking on another laptop.
Why do I need Win on my Mac? Just because Excel for Mac doesn't allow multithreading calculation.
