I PAID ORANGE £21.OO SO I CAN USE MY IPHONE4S ON O2 NETWORK BUT IT NOT WORKING AND MY 24 MOUTH CONTRACT ENDED ON

THE 30/11/12 BUT MY IPHONE 4S WILL NOT WORK ON MY O2 SIM WHY

Go back and talk to Orange about it. No one else can help you. Unlocking can take time. Did you follow the instructions you were given and restore the phone in iTunes?

SORRY MY CONTRACT ENDED ON THE 30/10/12 AND ORANGE IS NOW LONGER MY CARRER SO MY IPHONE 4S WOULD BE MINE AT THE END OF THE 24 MOUTH CONTRACT BUT DOES NOT WORK

Apple has nothing to do with it. The phone is locked to Orange, they are the only ones with the legal right to authorize unlocking it.
