I have a Toshiba 3040C at my office, I installed the printer drivers that the retailer provided me (not from the manufactuer's site) and there are issue galore... I want to remove those drivers and use the ones listed on Toshiba's website, but when doing so I receive a message stating "cannot install a newer version of this printer is already installed on this computer". What can I do to remove the newer drivers currently installed and resintall the ones from Toshiba?

I have already tried removing everything contained within: Library\Printers\PPDs\ and everything other folder in there, but I am still havin the same issue.

Thank you for any assistance!
