Are you saying the denoiser worked in 10.0.5? Because I didn't think FCPX was supported at all.

Nov 9, 2012 7:23 AM in response to Tom Wolskyby Rick Moreau,Neat sent me a link to a trial patch and it still doesn't fix it.... http://www.neatvideo.com/files3/fcmp/NeatVideoFC.Intel.test2.pkg.dmg
Red Giant is working on a fix... I tried loading the previous version FCP10.0.5 and it won't look at any of the updated project or event files. Now I've got two jobs due and no solution. Ahhhhhhhh!!!!

Nov 9, 2012 7:29 AM in response to Rick Moreauby Tom Wolsky,Your events and projects fodlers should each have a folder called Old Version. This should be the last event and project used with the previous version of the application.
Best to reorganize the folder structure at the Finder level with the app closed. Copy the events and projects that have been updated into hidden folders for now. In the original events and projects folders delete the new CurrentVersion projects and events and replace with the old versions. Make sure you dump any render files as well.
Launch the old application. It should recognize the old versions as compatible.

Nov 21, 2012 12:03 PM in response to cyborgjeffby Rick Moreau,I followed Tom’s advice and took the files out of the “old version” folder and installed version 10.0.5 on my machine next to 10.0.6 and it works. I am back in business. Thank you very much for your help.

Nov 21, 2012 12:01 PM in response to Rick Moreauby mjbamigo,I was having the same issue: random upside down green frames after Magic Bullet render (in FCPX version 10.0.6). Updating to Magic Bullet Looks 2, version 2.0.8, changed the problem frames to right-side-up magenta frames (go figure!) However, placing the playhead on the problem frame and re-opening the clip in Looks and just clicking "Finished" fixes the broken frame, although sometimes additional problem frames are created and need the same special treatment. Weird work-around, but it's working for me until the next update..
ug, FCPX, love it/hate it, never sure which..

Nov 21, 2012 4:59 PM in response to Rick Moreauby Studio Engineer,I have NEAT working perfectly with 10.0.6 -- No Problems here aside from it being VERY slow in comparison to the AE version.. Still it is the best **** denoiser EVER made.
