Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

- Does your iPod say "Try back in so-many minutes"? If so, enter your passcode when the timer is done and it will no longer be disabled.
- If there is no timer showing, then there will not be a way to restore the device and keep all of the music that was on it. Sorry. You might consider backing up your CPU in the future so that you music library cannot be lost.
- As for getting music off of your iPod, try a Google search of "Get music off iPod." There are about a half dozen ways to do this. Choose the one that you understand best or than is easiest for you. Note: you will need a computer.
