Hello guys,

I recently installed the new osx update (the one that cost 19.99$), and since then I use it.

But I have two users on this computer, mine & my mom's.

when my mom logged in, her desktop has been fully reset, no music, no photos, no NOTHING.

What the **** is going on? & Iv'e checked the HD, the photos are still there, songs still there.. but everything is resetted, and if I wanna see pictures in FINDER, I can't. it won't show. it only shows.. nothing. only if I enter from Users -> my mom's username it shows. but the DEFAULT - it's like a NEW IMAC.

What's up with that? how can I get it back?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

When you look under /Users was a new account created?

If mshwqa is truly empty then you can delete it.

Check to see what's in it first...

In Terminal at the prompt copy & paste...

    ls /Users/mshwqa

This will list the folders. Now you can ls each Documents, Movies, Music, Pictures

    ls Documents

For instance, this will list any items in Documents in that account.
