I've had an issue with this Mac ever since upgrading to Mountain Lion and to be honest I'm losing my patient with Macs in general after using them all of my life.

Basically every now and again when it goes to sleep it then seems to go not hibernation and does wake up. After a few presses of the power button it eventually wakes up but not this time...

There's not power light flashing or static on the front of it and the battery is completely full, even thought I actually use it connected to power supply anyway.

So now when I press the power button it does a sound like it's turning off and not powering up. If you keep pressing the power button it does the same every single time so at the moment I simply can't do anything.

Just called my nearest Apple Store and the soonest they can fit me in is Friday!!!!!!!!! So, I'm reall hoping somebody may have some kind of solution to turn it on, so at least I can work until Friday.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
