Did You try to
• Start iDVD - Close whatever project - Create a brand New one.
There is a famouse iDVD BUG - and to set this off one starts an old iDVD project and up-date it - it gives several problems - one of them is that Now all Chapters point's to Chapter One.
So by creating a new iDVD project - old material can no longer interfere.

I 'm not so sure I understand what I'm supposed to do. I did go back the second time and made sure I had detached audio in all of the correct places in IMovie. Then I put into a new iDVD project. I did not try to put it in the one I already started. I went back the 3rd time and downloaded it to the "Media Browser" because I saw that recommendation on one of the posts. I haven't tried to download that one yet. In fact, I'm not sure how to find the one I download to the Media Browser. Thats a problem in itself....

In iMovie - Share to Media Browser - and as Large or MEDIUM - Not HD as this degrades the resulting DVD as downscaling is done badly.
Large - I lost the audio some rare times too. Hence MEDIUM
• to the right bottom part of window there is a button MEDIA and here Video or Movie. Here You find Your movie and can import it into Your iDVD project.
• I use a name in iMovie project - that makes it easy to identify here in iDVD - as You later can change it in the project window in iDVD to what will be more appropriate for Your project.
