i seem to have run into a number of problems on my mac pro.

i had previously had a Snow Leopard install on my disk 1 and had a Windows 7 installation of boot camp installed as a /partition/ at some point either just before or just after upgrading to Lion on this machine.

i have also had a XP boot camp install on disk 2 in this machine.

my recollection is that i was able to get into both of these boot camp installs - although the OPTION BOOT procedure was a bit funny since i selecting a volume basically locked up the option boot interface and i then had to restart to get into the selection (for instance windows 7) that locked up the option boot interface. basically i had to select where i wanted to go and then restart.

NOW i am both not seeing windows XP (which i understand may be due to Lion not recognizing an /existing/ windows xp boot camp) - but i am ALSO not able to boot into my windows 7 boot camp.

i have gone ahead and PULLED the disk 2 out of the machine so it wouldn't confuse the mac pro but still no boot into windows 7.

any ideas on how to fix this?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4), with 64 bit Win7 in Parallel
