Why does the iPad advertisement page (http://www.apple.com/ipad/built-in-apps/) state that "Availability of Facetime over cellular network depends on carrier policies" when the trouble-shooting article (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3367) says "Facetime does not work at-*******-all over cellular networks"?
