Trying to upgrade fro OSX 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion, AppStore won't to do that saying it is not compatible. It might be the machine I'm using.

However, on the OSX Tech Spec page it is noted only: "MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer)", which is not very useful.

Here my Hardware Overview:

  Model Name:    MacBook Pro

  Model Identifier:    MacBookPro2,2

Processor Name:    Intel Core 2 Duo

  Processor Speed:    2.16 GHz

  Number Of Processors:    1

  Total Number Of Cores:    2

  L2 Cache:    4 MB

  Memory:    2 GB

  Bus Speed:    667 MHz

  Boot ROM Version:    MBP22.00A5.B07

  SMC Version (system):    1.12f5

  Serial Number (system):

  Hardware UUID:

  Sudden Motion Sensor:

  State:    Enabled

Does my issue belongs to my machine?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
