It was reading fine before when i was using firefox but after switching to google chrome all my songs that have korean or japanese letters are replaced with boxes. I have some problems with firefox so i dont really want to switch back.

    Hi, Google Chrome does not support more than one Language, when you installed Google Chrome you need to select your desired language (e.g. If you choose English as your language, thats the only language it will give you)

    I assume the problem you're having is that the song information, like title and artist, are showing up as boxes in iTunes? I used to have this problem. You need to convert the encoding of the Korean / Japanese which is stored in the song files. This can not be done automatically in iTunes, but there are some programs available. The one I used was Mp3Tag, which is for Windows. There is also another one, ID3Mod, which is available for both Windows and Mac -- however, I have not used it before.

    That explained everything, I uninstalled it and it return back to normal. Thanks for your help!
