Some of my tracks turned brown on a project I was working on.  Has anyone had this happen to them before?  Without being funny, does anyone know if anything bad has happened to my song other than the color of the tracks changing?

You can change the colors of tracks by selecting "Colors..." from the view menu. It's only a visual thing, generally used to make your arrange window easier to deal with when you have a lot of tracks (so that you can color code them by type).

It's a bit hard to do by accident, but I expect that's what happened. I can't think of any other operation that changes track color.

Did you import a track from an old version of logic. I think Logic 7 track color default was brown. Even though I running 9 now, If I open a project I did in 7, The tracks are brown.

If I open them from Logic 5 their red.

Most tracks nowadays are usually brown, more polish is required...
