    mine still works perfect

I would advide you make it forget the headset in the bluetooth in iphone

and put the headset in discovery/pairing mode and then rebund them

if that don't help then I would test the headset with another computer or phone or... to verify that it works

I think I have the same problem. Once you go into the bluetooth settings, all you see is a spinning wheel. No options to turn on or off, currently have no devices able to pair. I've turned phone off and on, reset the network settings, neither works. Don't really want to reset phone.

I have the same issue-I turned my Bluetooth off during the hurricane to conserve power and now I can't get it back on. Every time I open it in settings I get that rotating icon that never stops spinning! I've tried turning the phone off and such as well but I don't want to try a factory reset...am not a happy camper as this is now my 3rd or 4th iPhone 4S as my others had an internal power issue and burnt out...especially as I generally love my apple/Mac products :-(
