I live in PT, most customers are in CT.  I recently switched to using iCal and every invite I send to CT arrive only 1 hour behind, not 2.  I tried several people today.

Time Zone support is on

Invite shows PT on my end

I've also tried floating, not sure if that works diferently

I missed 4 conference calls today...not good

So "Floating" keeps is a 3PM for all time zones - meaning not time zone sensitive.

I'm wondering if my clock is stuck in Mountain Time - which is 1 hour ahead of CT and one hour behind PT.  I invited someone to a 10am meeting, from PT to PT and he showed up at 11, saying my invite showed 11.

Upper right corner of calendar and invites all say PT
