Thank you for that insightful reply diesel....
A lot of people have had problems with the Bluetooth on the iPhone 5. I can't seem to connect mine to my car stereo or headset, both of which my iPhone 4S had no problem connecting to. I think we just have to wait for an update unfortunately.

I was just told by the dealer that it might have somthing to do with the last update on my phone (IPhone 4S) since it was working before I updated it about 2 weeks ago.

It might... or they could simply not have a clue and simply state that to try and get rid of you.

My experience has been that most dealerships have one person that specializes in and can fix BT issues....if you can find out who that person is and get to them, they'll be able to fix it....but like Diesel said, the response they gave you was pretty weak.....
