There is a way but only if you control the site hosting the page that you wish to restrict access to.....otherwise, no.

If you have full control of the site then you'll know the answer already then....
I'm guessing that you don't know much about web-site management that would allow you to differentiate device type and device IDs for responses providing individual pages?
This is not the forum for that, but a place to start for you might be http://www.w3schools.com
Basically, the answer is 'server'-side, not (in scripting or anything else) on the device - the header in the request provides all that's needed to filter the response.....
