Nov 14, 2012 12:32 PM in response to CharleySby dmdimon,★HelpfulTry it. There are exeption about prolongation of period at Apple's will and here people reported about success in covered repair (run your charming skills at full as they will or will not do it based on their will purely)

Nov 16, 2012 11:38 AM in response to CharleySby CharleyS,Well, I did my best to charm the guy at the Apple store, but to no avail. I was 2 months past the 4 year deadline and they wouldn't budge. It cost me a flat rate of $310 for the repair which included a new logic board with a new graphics card. I couldn't find one online for that price, so I went with it.
Thanks for taking the time to respond.
