We faced similar issue recently. We were able to fix it by adding "Allow HEAD" to the protected resource in siteminder. Siteminder admins may have only enabled "GET and POST" as allowed operations.
The same may be true with other methods used for authentication.

We have been distributing our iOS applications with ISA Server secured company web site. The web site is inside the company fire wall and the users will login through ISA Server. The iOS download/install agent will automatically popup a window to ask Windows user name/password when the .plist file is requested then the download will start.
Recently, we upgraded ISA Server to UAG (Unified Access Gateway). Now the iOS download/install agent is no longer asking for Windows user name/password. It just shows an error message "Cannot connect to ..."
Is there anybody here with any success to setup UAG to do secured iOS application distribution? Please share your knowledge and many thanks in advance.
