No. You must upgrade to Snow Leoard first. Your MacBook is too old to support Mountain Lion so that latest it will support is Lion.

The Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD should still be available at this time from Apple for $19.99. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list. The App Store which is required to download 10.7 Lion is part of the 10.6.6 update.
If you wait to long and they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already over $100 on Amazon.

i live in norway, they charge fortunes for simple stuff here... it would be easier to puchase ( or download an other way) and then burn the disc

Maybe you might want to talk to Apple Support in Norway and see if they have any suggestions.

There are no legal downloads of 10.6.
Norwegian support number - (47) 815 00 158
That number will probably be answered by Tech support - ask to be connected to the Sales department.
Apart from buying the Snow Leopard DVD by telephone, you also need to obtain a download code for Lion from the same place. You use that in the App Store after updating 10.6 to 10.6.8 (combo update here; http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1399 )
The UK price is £14 for SL or €20 in the Eurozone.
Some feedback on the Norwegian price would be welcome.
