I have installed Windows 8, which runs fine on my Macbook Pro, even if Bootcamp doesn't support it. However, I am trying to get the wireless to work on the Win8 partition. It does not display any option for wireless at all. Not in the network selection, not in the internet options. I really need this to be able to connect to wireless.

I am using a 2012 13-inch MacBook Pro(Not Retina Display), running on OS X Mountain Lion.

Little help here?

BootCamp, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

    OK

Apple do not support Windows 8, when they do download and install the drivers.

Does not sound like "I have installed Windows 8, which runs fine on my Macbook Pro, even if Bootcamp doesn't support it." It is running fine. Why do you say it is running fine when clearly it is not? There are no Bootcamp drivers for Windows 8.

Wifi requires drivers. There are no Windows 8 Bootcamp drivers.

Read the other posts in this forum. Some posters say they have Windows 8 working. Others say Windows 8 is not working. Until Windows 8 Bootcamp drivers are made available, Windows 8 will not work 100%.

You are incorrect -- Windows 8 works 100% on my Macbook. Drivers are drivers, when you create the thumbstick installer for bootcamp, it automatically puts the drivers for windows 7 on there. Those drivers work with Windows 8. You will have to navigate to that folder and launch each of the driver installers.

The 7 drivers do not work under all circumstances, you got lucky, don't assume that will be true for all.
