You can do that. You will simply have to authorize each computer in iTunes.

It depends on what you need to do. You can use the same Apple ID to access the Mac App Store & iCloud on as many Macs as you'd like. You are limited to 5 authorized computers for access to the iTunes Store. I have four Macs running Mountain Lion & one running Snow Leopard that access the Mac App Store & even more that can access iCloud.com in a web browser, but only three of my Macs are authorized for the iTunes Store.
